To create consistent opportunities for black people to share in laughter, conversation and space through events held (mostly) on Sundays. Our Sundays was created as a resource to build emotional sustenance for local and transplant black folks.

We share ideas, stories, laughter and through these connections we feel a sense of home. Warmth and family is at the core of these gatherings and are integral to preserving the history and emotional health in the black community.

The overlapping letters in the OS monogram reinforce the scene of family and generational bonding. The dynamic typographic system is set in Quincy CF, its warm letterforms and medium contrast give any text a smooth, flowing motion. Small variations and human touches also add a lot of charm and nostalgia to the overall identity.
