WZRD is a group of filmmakers dedicated to seeking out the untold stories, the ones that lie beneath the surface, the ones that take us to odd corners of the world. Their mission is to tell stories that encourage the advancement of human potential.

The brand identity is rooted in the idea that stories have the power to inspire us, and transform our lives. The wordmark was designed to capture the studio’s core mission to unearth stories that haven’t been told yet through the use of positive and negative space. The recurring diagonal line is the core behavior of the identity system, consistently opening up to shine a light on untold and yet extraordinarily inspiring stories. The dynamic system symbolizes progress and optimism, paired with a simple black and white color scheme keeps the spot light and focus on these inspiring stories.
